As the leader of operations and acquisitions at Compass Capital, Michael focuses on working with brokers, lenders, and third-party partners to identify and evaluate potential multifamily properties for acquisition. He has developed extensive frameworks for acquisitions, asset management, renovations, and other key areas of the business.

As the leader of investor relations and asset management at Compass Capital, Sam is responsible for overseeing on-site management to ensure the successful execution of business plans, internal and investor reporting, and transaction execution and due diligence.

Sam has a background in both the commercial real estate and start-up technology industries.

With two decades of diverse management expertise, including ten years in the dynamic restaurant industry and another decade in property management, Anna brings a wealth of leadership acumen and operational finesse. Hailing from New York and having lived in vibrant locales like Maui, South Carolina, and Florida, Anna now calls Tennessee home, where she continues leveraging her multifaceted skill set to drive organizational success and foster thriving communities.

Ph.D. in Neuroscience, transitioned into a full-time real estate investor through being a licensed agent, single family rentals, land wholesaling, renovations, as well as a multifamily investor and operator. He currently owns interest as a General partner and Limited partner in over 2000 units of multifamily real estate.
